1. -에 입각하여 / -에 입각한 (Grounded Strictly Upon / Founded On...)

Derived from Hanja 立脚 (standing firm on one's feet). Used in academic methodologies, judicial rulings, and official policy formulations.

Structure:

[Empirical Data / Objective Facts / Principles] + -에 입각하여 (입각한) + [Theory / Judgment]

Examples:

  • 본 연구는 철저한 실증적 데이터에 입각하여 분석을 진행하였습니다.
    (This study conducted its analysis grounded strictly upon empirical data.)
  • 헌법 정신과 법치주의 원칙에 입각한 판결이 내려졌다.

3. -에 수반되다 (Accompanied By / Concomitantly Entailed...)

Derived from Hanja 隨伴 (following along). Describes necessary structural consequences or collateral obligations that automatically accompany an action.

Examples:

    (Rapid economic growth inevitably entails environmental pollution and income inequality.)
