Exercise 1: Choose the correct ending

Look at the verb stem and choose whether to add 세요 or 으세요.

1. 보 (to look) -> [ 세요 / 으세요 ]
2. 먹 (to eat) -> [ 세요 / 으세요 ]
3. 기다리 (to wait) -> [ 세요 / 으세요 ]
4. 찾 (to find/look for) -> [ 세요 / 으세요 ]

Exercise 2: Conjugation Practice

Change the following dictionary verbs into polite commands. Watch out for the ㄹ exception!

1. 가다 (to go) -> ________________
2. 읽다 (to read) -> ________________
3. 놀다 (to play) -> ________________
4. 하다 (to do) -> ________________

Exercise 3: Translation

Translate the following commands into Korean.

Vocabulary: * 책 (chaek) = book * 내일 (nae-il) = tomorrow * 오다 (o-da) = to come * 보다 (bo-da) = to look/see

1. Please come tomorrow.

2. Please look at this. (This thing = 이거)

3. Please read a book.
