Practice 1: Choose the correct word

Choose between 그래서 (so/therefore) and 그래도 (but still/nevertheless).

1. 배가 불러요. ( 그래서 / 그래도 ) 피자를 먹을 거예요. (I am full. _______, I will eat pizza.)

2. 배가 불러요. ( 그래서 / 그래도 ) 안 먹을 거예요. (I am full. _______, I will not eat.)

3. 돈이 없어요. ( 그래서 / 그래도 ) 여행을 갈 거예요. (I don't have money. _______, I will go on a trip.)

Practice 2: Match the Sentences

Match the first sentence to the most logical second sentence.

1. 친구가 늦었어요. (My friend was late.)
2. 내일 시험이 있어요. (I have a test tomorrow.)
3. 날씨가 추워요. (The weather is cold.)
